Care was good. Waiting time could be improved as was a long wait. Also treatment could have been improved as was not told results when waiting e.g blood pressure, temp and urine test - results were not shared with me.

I would like you to thank Dr Nitala who saw me this evening 27 Dec.
Very kind and caring, hopefully now I have been given steroids and antibiotics I may start to feel better.

The waiting area at Carlisle infirmary (for urology) is very spartan and utilitarian. I sat there, waiting, for over an hour. In addition, the atrium was VERY cold with the main doors forever open. It was most uncomfortable. The health assistants (or others) could have kept me better informed of why my appointment was so delayed. The Urology staff, once in with them, were excellent and informative

The doctor was very nice and to the point. He saw me very quickly and was able to spot the problem straight away. He gave me loads of info on my illness so it can now treat it properly.

The Atiam was cold, had to go into a room to wait as it was too cold for my little boy.
